peanutbutter feels like it causes inflamation and certain fat gain
beer is another food that doesnt really put on fat as long as you are not totally stationary, it will burn itself off throughout your buzz
and the only time to consume grapejuice would be during a workout, same with beer, both are good at replenishing fluids during a workout. studies have shown that BEER replaces vitamins, minerals, faster than water alone!

not every food gives you a certain kind of energy, like if i dont have my milk its hard to feel like painting or workin on a house, like i couldnt eat pringles and expect to get much work done or only grapejuice

yes
simply put, more calories in (no matter what the source of the calories are) then out= increase in weight

Eat enough protein to promote anabolism/maintain muscle, the rest, Calorie=calorie.
