The heaviest I`ve ever done was 40 pounds!!

30/40,i can't see how the hell some guys do 50/60 lbs,david henry i don't know if it was legit but he was moving them,geared up or not that's heavy as shit.

better to use good form instead of always looking at how much yuo do. most progress is made by focussing on good form

Not only good form but mind/muscle connection, especially on this type of exercise

it's been forever since i've done them. But i think I used 25-30 lb dumbbells.

i like to do tri exts with 40 lb kettlebells 5 sets 12 reps good form.the pic below hurts my elbows just looking at it. 85's ouch
