Title: I curled 20lbs for 10 reps x 3 sets EFFFF Yeah!

Did Dumbell presses with dumbells with 20lbs x3
lateral raises with 10lb x3 sets
front raises with 10lb x3 sets

Nothing More Major, but I'm on my way back
after Aug 08 surgery and feb 09 surgery.

been doing cardio as well 4 days a week on the treadnill.

I never thought I would be able to lift again after not being able
for 2 months dec and january of not even being able to feel my
entire left arm, torn bicep, and a shoulder slap tear.
