Title: CNN Admits Cap & Trade will raises everyones' energy bills as per EPA

Check out this video.  The EPA admitted to CNN that everyones' energy bills will go up under cap and trade, and will be "very high" unless the government gives people rebates off of the revenue it thinks it is supposed to get.

This is a massive tax hike folks.

Sort of...  The Kyoto Protocol is an attempt at international sumptuary regulation.  Sumptuary regulations are attempts to control how much wealth a country's citizens can have.
