just wondering b4 i start,would it make a difference if i shot 100mg every other day or every 3rd day?

Yes, do it EOD at a minimum.  Anything less will result in unstable hormone levels in the blood.  50mg ED is even better.

75mg eod will probably be plenty for a first run with tren.
