Personally I think Meso is a genetic freak, especially with his attitude. I knew a similar black guy, huge as fuck, didn't know shit about nutrition, just trained and ate Mcdonalds. I am pretty sure he was clean. It's usually the genetic freaks who just eat crap and get big.

mesomorph is an awesome trainer and has genetics to burn. i believe him and kinda trained my arms similar to his today.
