So my starvation diet has been going really well. I was down to 185 this morning and about 187.5 at night. However unexpectedly it is going to be 91 degrees this saturday and I am going to have to hit the pool. Any advice on how to look slightly better at the pool? Like maybe how to cut some water, or how to remove the remaining spare tire i have on my lower abs because that is the last place i lose fat :P?

Even at my out of shape i am still in better shape than 90% or more of the people at the pool.

Why is that?
Because you are only 185 lbs and you still need to lose weight for the pool. I'm 6'2" so maybe my definition of tall is different than some peoples. I guess if you are avg height then it makes sense. Epic egocentric thinking on my part. :(

I'm about 6 foot (technically just slightly under). I'm not in bad shape, but just not quite where I want to be. My abs are starting to show. 170-175 is my ideal weight. 165 to be johnnynoname-esque.

Drink black coffee, lots of water, potassium, and run/walk for a couple hours a day.
Take about 6 bronkaid a day and don't eat anything at all at night. If you need protein,
drink nonfat milk.
Other than lasix, I can't tell you much more.
Also, get a haircut, you'll look bigger with a smaller head, and more ripped.

those are the weights you think youll be at with the amount of muscle you have now. however keep dieting the way your dieting and with every couple pounds you lose, those numbers you think youll reach your goal at will go down a pound or two.
what im saying is = as you continue to lose weight, your going to continue losing muscle....while right now all you need to lose is 20 pounds of fat to get to "johnnynonames" conditioning level... once you lose 20 lbs and are down to 165... you wont look like thta because you wont have lost 20 lbs of fat, youll have lost probably a considerable amount of muscle- maybe 5lbs or more. do really, dieting the way your dieting.... your going to have ot get down to alot less than 165.
i mean, look at leafy bug... you have as much muscle as him? to get ripped he had to get down to 150 or 155. he lookoed phenomenal at that weight though. but he also has a good amount of muscle and was dieting correctly with a good amount of protein and not starving himself.
anyway, not to rain on your parade, i only say this in hopes that it might help you to achieve your goals of looking lean mean and sexy. good lcuk on your quest, and train hard.

It is just my apartment complex pool. As for tbombz. I agree with your assessment. I'm not trying to get leafybug or johnnynoname cut though because i definitely don't have that will power. I was down to 170-175 last summer and thought i was looking solid. So just going for about the same this year, but since i have definitely put on muscle I think i'll look slightly better than last year. No contest condition for me :P

I am afraid i am going to get burnt as shit if i try and tan this weekend. Usually i go to a tanning bed to get a base, but sadly my mom is in this big kick about skin cancer and would be pissed if she found out i went. I know it is sad i am 27 and my mom controls me.

Yeah i've been reading up on this tabata shit and i really like it because I am trying to improve my 5k time and i notice that the biggest thing that happens when i improve my time is gaining lung capacity and the ability to take in more oxygen and it seems like tabata really helps that. Now if it also sheds fat and only take 14 minutes including cool down it is worth a try.
