How many hours a day do you spend looking for this stuff? I mean I like watching these videos you post and all but I don't try and find them when I browse the internet.

I just think that Phil is starting to get the maturity in the muscle finally and if he comes in even bigger than last year with the same or better conditioning, I think he can give jay a good fight.

he always looks wide solo and the biggest guy in the universe, will still be the narrowest guy at the o. ami giving it to him...so that dont matter.

I will try to take a pic of that monster on monday back workout(No matter what he says this time!). The guy weight 126kg shredded to the bone today. His arm blew up(especialy tris) and easily more than 60cm. Just crazy..

But anyway, I think that he is not a bodybuilder, he is a monster. That's why he won't won any IFBB Pro contest...except in Spain...

But I have so much respect toward Paco.
