Title: At night in the city, do u see many people running /training at night ?
Post by: Marty Champions on April 23, 2009, 09:02:59 PM
like for working out. do you beleive that 99.2 percent would not consume a HIGH intake of ground flaxseeds in order to train all night with only little sleep

i feel that there is that .2 percent of the population who get little rest but are psycho trainers who take tons of ground flaxseeds and train alot at night and or are professional athletes who are continuosly improving there game around the clock?

Johnny I made my way out onto the Venice boardwalk last night; you should check that culture out as several "boardwalk regulars" train at Gold's on very little food/sleep/money flaxseed, and many of them are lean.  This one guy even pushes 8 plates a side on the Hammer Strength chest machines and does "decline crunches" pushing 5 plates per side on the Smith Machine.

I usually don't train after midnight. I just never believed it to be good for the recuperation. I have done psycho training though. But I hope I wont try that again. And if I walk somewhere late, there is no people.

I go through many containers of milled flaxseeds, perhaps 10 servings a day sometimes but after awhile it fucks with your digestions. Currently I don't use them much.

it would be cool if you kept being consistent with the flaxseed, i am going to experiment being consistent with it along with my severe basketball training where im running sprints down the court with the b-ball n such

anyways i think flaxseed would help u recouperate more than about anything else besides simply high calories.
'
the thing is say if we make our selves good at one hour of running or something everyday just simply increase the flaxseed intake, me 'may' need ALOT more than we think if we truly want to be the masters. i would hate going through my life and die not having try to be the master with a MASTERFULL ground flaxseed in take

flaxseed has 3 grams of protien perserving, 1 net carb and 2400mg of omega 3's .....you really cant beat those numbers for nutrition

i notice myself that the more i train the stronger day by day i get, GIVEN that I DO INCREASE CALORIES DAILY, i cannot eat the same calories and expect to be a BIGGER CALORIE BURINING MACHINE the next day. so the good calories must be increased

if i take a day off "for recovery" i feel i lose "momentum" and actually get worse next training period, this is just my factual evaluation of myself, of course people may assume differently, but some people may need to look more closely at how much better they are from a day off to "recover"

I've read that a too high intake of flaxseed can be poisonous. Can't remember the amounts though.

This little analogy goes a long way to show that no nutrient is going to make you feel better unless you have a deficiency in it. If your body is already getting plenty of a certain nutrient, giving it more won't make it feel better. And sometimes it will make the body feel worse if its an oil soluble vitamin or some other nutrient that can cause a toxicity if its eaten in over-abundance. (The author believes the real secret to good health includes eating good, wholesome foods containing all the nutrients needed for good health, coupled with exercise.) Flax certainly plays a role in this. As a full 95% of the population in North America are not eating enough LNA, it's a fairly safe bet that you will feel better after you start yourself on a diet of flax.

A guy added 3 quarts of oil to the engine of his car and found that it ran better. He was so excited about it that he told everyone he met that if they, too, added three quarts of oil to their engines their cars would also run better. Of course, most people know if their oil level is already up to the full line on the dipstick, that adding 3 more quarts of oil isn't going to make their cars run better. Rather the opposite will happen and their engine will likely blow a seal.

haha. I have just looked at his physic today.

I have seen Dorian competing very near and his condition was incredible..
But, hell........Todays Paco was just looking like the another creature.
WAY BIGGER THAN BEFORE(121kg in orland, Now 126kg!!) leaving here, SAME SHREDDED AS ORLAND. BESIDE OF HIS LEGS....HIS ARMS....OH MY GOD...over 60cm for sure.
Maybe he is the most shredded pro in the history with this mass. JUST SICK.
Maybe he will be fvcked by judges again.
But his muscle quality and mass will be NUMBER 1 FOR SURE. I guarentee that you will be the witness of it.
If Centopani want to be better in the condition and mass, he must beat the prime time Dorian at first.
Paco is way more terrible than Dorian.
Again, I saw Dorian competing directly in 1994 and 1996, and Paco is way more terrible than Dorian.

it's exciting running through downtown when its dark and empty; very surreal
