Title: How big can women get naturally

I'm thinking that this is the natural limit for women? the description of the video called her natural so it may be b.s

at abit higher bodyfat she would be attractive imo.

She looks amazing!!! :o I wanna get that lean again....I'm inspired now.. I'll stay out of the gihardelli chocolate chips tonite ;D lol

So many variables come to play... Genetics, age, diet, quality rest. time, intensity and consistency in training. The natural 'limit' you speak of would be different for everybody.

there are some women, like Alti Bautista for example, responds extremely well to weight training... so much that she doesnt use weights at all in her training Ive heard, ... and still she is very muscular...too much so for figure.
