236 pounds of muscle. He was in SICK condition right there and to think that 18 years later, NO ONE is better than he was even back then as an amateur.

I think the heaviest Kevin has been on stage has been 256
in the offseason he was more like 210 pounds, I think at the start when he actually did have an offseason he got up to 280
