Americans are idiots. This is reflected in the poor quality of American Universities. The only talent left in these Universities, both student and faculty, are International people.

Well, in the 1950's and 1960's America was the leader in education...then an agenda was set forth that forced children with inferior learning capabilities to be mixed in with the others under the misguided theory that all children have equivalent aptitude. When it was proven that this theory was incorrect, the solution was to drastically lower the learning standards rather than separate the children. The Asians don't have these problems because there is little diversity in their culture. Now ,even though 9th grade is now what the 1960's 5th grade was, there is still a huge disparity in learning rates, droputs, etc. So yes, America has been considerably dumbed down.
