hey guys,

i'm trying to get a video that was taken from one of those small dvd discs that vid cams use and put it on youtube.  the prob is that the folder has a ton of files in it, unlike when i take a vid off a camera which is just one file.

How do I do this?  I figured someone here would know how.

Thanks in advance.

Run a Google search bro, this is a bodybuilding forum and you are in the "gossip and opinions" section.

DVD camcorders record in mpeg2, which itself can be uploaded to youtube. In the case of sony, you would probably see a .mpg file extension on the disc, and from what you are saying that's no the case and it's been shot with something else. You will need a copy of the vidcam software to convert the files to mpeg2 or wmv, for example  sony uses PMB, and then upload those mpeg2 files.
