Your elbows gets bigger, while triceps gets smaller

Doesnt matter if youre juiced or natty it will happen, unless you stop training (triceps presses movements ) heavy.

pecs sag a bit
shoulder slope increases
but there is dignity and valor in being an old warrior
a knowingness not to be had by those only recently smitten

Signs that you are a veteran bodybuilder:
1) You do a thumbs up when your mugshot is taken
2) You wear Otomix on your wedding day
3) You donate bottles of BCAAs and liquid egg whites to the Red Cross when they ask for a donation
4) You wear striped spandex when going out in public
5) You take your date out to The Firehouse and insist she tries the Bob bowl
6) You practice your posing when waiting in line at the bank

18 years BB for me last 14 consecutive. This is why I am ELITE.

Robby Robison,Serge Nubret,Vince Taylor,F.Benffato etc... they all look good at a older age,but not known for heavy triceps exercises like Ferrigno or Coleman still muscular in their 40's but same problem with triceps/elbows.
