I've done 225 for 40...not that hard if you can bench 450+...and yes I am natural.

Really, benching is about how your body is put together more than anything...if you have the right structure, benching is easy...always has been for me.   Some have it some don't

Just last night I did dips for 60 reps at the end of my chest workout...just for fun

All natural 450+ bench with 60 reps on the dip at the end of a workout. I thought you'd be all over this like a wife beater on a wife
