I think as their gut grows because of GH and insulin and whatever the hell they take these days
their abs come apart :-X

nobody knows for sure.. there is speculation that is is caused by visceral fat, speculation its growth of internal organs, speculation its huge amounts of food, speculation its a combination of all three.

to some degree it is genetic also

this right there is the absolut best answer i have ever seen given on getbig board ,,ever ,, this fella should get a mode position on steroid board just for the knowledge he gained in ther last 2 years

yes nasser's were very symmetrical.. may be the best abs of any mass monster ever..
