The hat and shades are your trademark; copyright violation to imitate...

Too fast...yeah...well...I know you shouldn't go more than .5kg a week but the fact that I still need to drop 15kg or so puts it all in perspective...meaning at 2kg a month...it could well take 7 months or longer...oh well...

If that's true, it's already started. Put the brakes on now, D.  :)

Yeah...if only it could go faster.  Meanwhile I will have to ask for an extension on a paper tomorrow...if I don't get it I am toast. :(

No D. I've been there, before. Start upping the calories now - to arrest the losses. Trust me (or not, and learn from experience, like me). And never ask for paper's extension - it makes you look kinda silly and wishy-washy! Send the prof/TA an e-mail copy of your essay and ask for a tip/suggestion and say your a bit stuck for a bite or direction just to finish. They will bend over backwards to suggest a solution -ie. their job depends on you, too.  :)

Definitions coming out, expesically the (Latissimus Dorsi (lats). Your anterior head and posterior head of the delt looks worked but not for the middle head. That could be the lighting you have though. Your biceps are looking good also from what I see on the pic. You should work more on you forearms and traps going down the middle of your back. It looks like you need to work on your traps(middle back) or maybe it's the tattoo throwing off the definition. Your soleus(calf) is looking good. Good luck with you future results.

It's just fat. It's all there, albeit not in large quanitites but traps are definitely fine, my best upper body part. I am still over 20% so it will take a while to see shoulder definition.

I don't think you're as fat as you think you are. You do look pretty tattooed though..
