I see you are following the Milos Principles lol, i do the same but only 50g of dextrose with 50g of whey.

sugar, highest scoring thing on glycemic index, causes insulin spike. Insulin pushes glucose and amino acids out of blood stream into muscle faster.

well since muscles are depleted after exercise the nutrients will fill the muscle and not go into the fat cells very much.
If you did it on a non-training day then yea, the insulin would push everything into fat cells for storage.

yea, 50g of whey protein + 50g Dextorse mixed together in 350ml water is the best post workout nutrition possible, don't be suprised though if you feel like shit 10 minutes later as your blood sugar level crashes :D. Best to take the drink then eat a small meal also 20 minute later.
btw if you don't dilute it with enough water though it will make you run to the toilet any less than 350ml = get ready to piss.

Yes I would. Here is how you know pre is more important then post training
Train on ZERO carbs and then eat carbs after you train = muscle breakdowm
Eat carbs, then train, then eat no carbs after you train= less msucle breakdown then above
