Title: winstrol dosage timing

hypothetically speaking, if one were taking 50 mgs oral winny ED would it be best to take all 50mgs at once or split dosage in a.m and p.m (25 mgs at 8am, 25 mgs at 8pm)??????

split 25mg 10-12 hours apart...keeps blood levels consistant

yeah i used to take 10mg in the morning 10 at lunch another 10 before workout and another 10 at bedtime...as you can tell i was only running 40mg ed
