Either that or get in-ear buds with several pads of different size. I can recommend etymotic.

Picked up a set by Sony with interchangeable pads, best ones for a good fit, unless you go the custom route.

Sony MDR 700. I need good sound quality when I'm blasting through the zone.

One thing that always helps me is running the wires under the shirt, keeps em out of the way a lot better.
I've used these for years and years. A classic model that's been around for decades-same quality as good home headphones, inexpensive, don't fall off, aren't huge, don't weight much and are comfortable. Fold up when not in use. Lifetime warranty; i've replaced them for almost no cost many times.

The AKG K24P are dirt cheap and have kickass sound, everyone that tries them out are amazed at the quality of the sound.

I have a set of Shure earbuds. They go inside your ear and the foam expands (much like an earplug) so you can't hear shit even when your music is off.

Me too. Wire wraps over the top of the ear and do up the cincher at the back of my head. Pretty happy with them.
