What more can I do than post pictures of the food I eat? Look at the table, it's always the same. I can tell you exactly for each day of 2009 what I ate (started a food log). Ask me any day and I'll tell you.

Don`t waste your time. Deicide has some intense mental dysfunctions that will NEVER allow him to get beyond his own self induced apathetic mental prison. Even in the presence of evidence and fact will his depressed and deluded neural network trump logic and reason.
He is very unstable mentally and it clearly shows with just about every post.

Lunch at Greek Restaurant: mixed meat platter with gyros, bifteki, grilled chicken, and lamb chops, feta, salad, fried potatoes, veggies, rice, tzaziki, hot cream-of-wheat cake with vanilla gelato and whipped cream topped with chocolate sauce.
Dinner: glass of red wine.
Rest of the Day: 100g whey protein shake, a little healthy oil.
2009-05-02:
Breakfast: two small austrian-style burgers (leftovers).
Lunch: salad, paella, poppy seed noodles with apple sauce, carrot juice.
Rest of the Day: 100g whey protein shake, a little healthy oil.

I don't, I go by rate of weight loss and experience.

What I said is that at the beginning of a new diet resp. if you don't have a lot of experience with cutting, it will be helpful to count calories to get a feeling about what you actually take in. I always said that I don't use calorie calculators (for myself) or count calories but I acknowledge that they are useful for beginners in the field of cutting. The important thing is to maintain a certain rate of weight loss, whether you need the tool of calorie counting or not is irrelevant.

I don`t have to count either because I know VOLUME of food very well and how many calories are in items.
With that said, some restaurants do have nutrition facts. And Certainly all fast food has facts available.
When I cook elaborate deserts, its VERY easy to know the calories since I am putting everything in and know exactly what is what should I be curious to make a proportional calculation per serving.
The important thing is to just remain in a deficit longer than you are in a surplus. As I stated earlier, Wavelength or I do not have to count calories, but it CAN make things simpler in the respect of making changes in the future and in regards to looking a certain way on a certain date.
