This is what Palumbo said, Vince Goodrum is at it again......this time spewing out ignorance about ketogenics diets. Straight from the mouth of the man who's never been in shape a day in his life. . .
"I tried to do the keto diet one time. I ended up passing out at the gym and waking up at the hospital having intraveous fruids being pumped into me as I had went into shock due to the lack of carbohydrates
Needless to say, the keto diet almost cost me my life. I'm very thankful that I now have the knowledge of MD to keep me straight"
This would definitely explain his obvious mental deficiency-- too little blood to the brain!
