Has any any tried Arnies workout split and supersets?
Let me know your progress....High reps/ High sets.

abs everyday

add some bicep peak exercises.

i tried training with levrone's old training split and it fucked me up i couldn't recover in time.

everything just once a week, heavy, and you will be fine.
