I ve oosted before about a boxer guy at my gym whos a bit psycho looking who throws up the 135lbers and shoulder presses them for about 6 well yesterday he deadlifted 500lbs for 10! Hes only about 220, how do these guys get so strong!??!

He probably gets his protein right from the source. Maybe you should do the same.
