Title: Definition diets: maybe we just eat too much

Don't u think... "shit i've been trying 1000 times to diet, get ripped..." "Now tons of protein only, now also fat..."? And finally u see that, ok, u have to pay the price: effort, and eat less: 1 gr of protein per kg and thanks. No carbo (just from raw veg), just EFA(omega...)

That's my opinion, "just eat less". Anyway my goal is sport, I want strength, I don't mind to be big.

Anyone get's 4% bf eating a lot? All bb I know eat so few pre contest month...
