Well he did years of dieting but he couldn't get his bottom abs out so he just got lipo..a few kg...no idea about the cost, didn't ask...

I'll be the human guinea pig for this this summer. Lower abs/spare tire is always where I lose my fat last. BTW i have striations in my delts currently, but i still know i am not thin enough to have lower abs.

These are the same types that will line up for ass-implants, calf implants,ooooh, don't have the discipline to do 2 45 minute cardio sessions a day and cut my carbs to 100 grams a day..Let's call the doctor. The reults on lipo can be mixed..ever see Tara Reid's belly. Disgusting and lumpy.

From the picture it is clear your friend isn't thin enough to have lower abs. Also it doesn't appear that he lifts weights. It is hard to get a 6 pack without lifting weights. Most people just seem to get that skinny fat (unless they are black). If you want lower abs you need to drop your bodyfat very low. That bitch needs to put together a better diet, lifting, and cardio plan only then will he get decent abs, of course now his abs will have some nice scars to go with them ;D
