Title: Can Jay Cutler get sued for telling everyone he takes Hydroxycut?

For telling everyone how much hydoxycut he takes a day, and representing the product pretty much a safe powerful supplement, along with all other bullshit claims.

i don't think so. that would be like the total gym being recalled and Chuck Norris was sued.
