damn mes your moving some weight bro nice work...just wondering why you do so much incline work?? i could see incline presses and flies but why db and BB and flies...it just seems like alot...not trying to hate I'm just curious..i know i do incline db presses andafter that I'm gassed on the incline then its to flat presses or flat flies...anyways i was just wondering either way nice work man your moving some pretty big weights...

wsup man  i do so much incline work because a lot of people have  lacking upper chests you will hardly find anyone with lacking lower pecs....

i agree as far as not wanting to have a lagging upper chest as i do somewhat but i think mainly im just surprised at how you have soo much energy to keep hitting the incline like that i know after my incline pressing my upper chest/front delt are fried.....either way man to each his own and again nice work your movig some heavy weight bro
