in arnold's era the guys acttually LOVED lifting weights and challenging themselves
these guys nowadays.. train like sissys... but they dont care its all about the swole look they do everything possible to make the workout easier logs...they are full of methods.. im suprised they didnt just hooked the guy up to a laptop and have him sit there while the labptop simulated the workout and feed him the muscle gains
thats why coleman and yatesused to pound everyones azz especially coleman he loved working out
these guys love muscles... but not the working out part..
sometimes when some guys here say all drugs im not one to judge but watching a vid like this ..i have to agree..
