alot of people here don't even train, so your not the weakest.

You can still train and be weak.

But hey, as long as you're in the gym doing more than just going through the motions, then you deserve the GetBig stamp of approval, IMO.

LOL. Atta boy. Anger can be good. 'Softball geriatric' would be more appropriate as I am now the oldest on the team (by far!).

Today was the first day I trained in a week, had a shoulder injury though...
