Title: Contra Costa BB & Fitness this weekend - 9 May 2009

One of the better NoCal NPC events will be held this weekend a few miles east of San Francisco and a couple of GetBiggers will be entering the men's BB and maybe a couple of ladies will be competing in the fitness.

Good luck to you competitors and I hope some of you will send us the results after the prejudging or definitely after the finals.
