I like to strut around in the gym screaming like a mad man focusing the attention of all the spectators on me and then go into a mad stomp to the weight.

Fuck taking bodyweight into consideration, that's just an excuse for skinny/small people.

What if your 6f.6, then somone who is 5ft.6 can have 3x as much muscle as you and still weigh less.

I agree, a linear formula is not very representative, but it makes me feel better. ;D

Yes! From Pride 17. Very good :-*

So. with your knowledge, do you train MMA?

And DEbussey wonders how inflated BBers think about the fact that this guy = in better shape than every BBer in the world, while being able to beat the living shit out of every BBer in the world:

furthermore, ishikawa was a original fujiwara student and i believe one of the founders of RINGS, which is a fed that fedor excelled in

I don't fight..i'm just a failed pro wrestler who was a HEAVILY influenced by Puro/shoot style and as a result i became a huge japanese mma mark as well

as for the bb'er vs mma guy thing, i get a feeling that at the arnold convention the bb'ers put on EXTRA tight shirts and make sure the "guns" are showing when in the presence of fighters

Sweet! Your MMA knowledge supersedes Debussey's by leaps and bounds :D

Yes! The BB'ers must ensure what they percieve as superiority by arm padding! After all, 97 inch guns should be able to take out a pudgy guy like this, eh?  :D

I say strong:

Bench: 1.5 x BW
Squat: 2 x BW
Deads: 2 x BW

very strong:

Bench 2 x BW
Squat: 3 x BW
Deads: 3 x BW

so i am something in between your "strong" and your "very strong" standards :)

Deads: 2 x BW

very strong:

Bench 2 x BW
Squat: 3 x BW
Deads: 3 x BW

I can't quite bench 1.5x body weight raw but I can cold pull over double body weight. I would say strong = 2.5x body weight pull. Very strong = 3.5x body weight.

Being strong on most lifts is very dependent of proportions. If you are a big bencher chances are  you suck at deadlift. The real test if total, if you can total 6x body weight you are strong as hell. 7+x and you are a freak.
