Title: injection routine.

Hey guys, just curious do u have a routine before injection ? For sure wash hand etc... but do U have like a routine ?

myself,  I alway put some music (not heavy metal lol but some cool slow songs) I also like to inject in the evenning ( I train in morning)

i just take a shower first then pin.
