me i got rid of gino , i told him no more mayonaise on my subs, now im fuckin ripped, i bet most of getbig is pretty depressed and will fall further into depression this summer

When is anyone EVER happy with what they got? Why do you think we're all constantly training for more size and to be more ripped? Takes a bit more than loosing the mayo...

satisfied only when my suprailliac skinfold is around 1mm

which it is less than ;D

god i'm such a douche you would think i was a gimmick...but the sad thing is that i'm not ;D ;D ;D ;D
