hey guys,
My manager at the gym told me about what he used to do the night before a show
he would prep a hot bath (as hot as you can handle) with
-epsom salt
-grapefruit juice
then he would soak for 45 minutes
after said bath he would put preparation H on the parts he wanted to accentuate, put on a sweat suit and sleep with it
he told me this a couple of weeks ago and i'm trying to recall it from memory.
anyway, can anyone validate this formula as my boss is away from vacation

I take bath in Epsom Salt but only to relax the muscles, I don't know why you would do it before a shoot.
Also the Preparation H trick doesn't work anymore because apparently they changed the formula and the ingredient that tightened up the skin isn't there anymore

Have you noticed if the salt bath drops your bodyweight any?
In the 90s this was done by some bodybuilders to drop water.
Where I'm at I can't find Epsom Salt in big containers like I would need for this. As I understand it it's magnesium sulphate.

I didn't notice at all !
I'll pay more attention to it next time around, my bodyweight fluctuate at least 10 lbs from the morning to the night so it's tough to know !
