http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Man_vs_Food

Although described as "a bit on the husky side", to maintain Adam Richman's health while indulging for the show, he exercises twice a day while he's on the road.  When the schedule permits, he does not eat the day before a challenge and he tries to stay "crazy hydrated" by drinking lots of water or club soda and foregoing coffee or soft drinks.

Also streitest du es nicht ab?

I was asked several times about that already, and I always respond the same way:

- I have a crappy camera -> does a lot of "doctoring" itself
- I normally cut out the background
- I color correct
- I remove characteristics like moles, etc.
- For the tiny avi pics, I use a resize function that leaves the detail in
- I don't "add" any detail (paint on abs or striations)
- The "line" is from sitting (makes a fold in my tummy)
