Title: Who Will Match this Conditioning at the 2009 Mr. O?

The title is up for grabs - Dex, Jay, Phil, Wolf, Kai, and Victor all have a chance.  It will come down to who has the best conditioning, probably Dex, Phil, or Kai.

if everyone is in top condition the top 3 is difficult to asses

I believe Dex will win again, then 2 is either Kai or Phil

Difficult to "asses"? Awesome Freudian spelling slip, since it basically comes down to whose ass is the most ripped!

i think kai peaked for the arnold.

his prep was very intense and long - he was like 300 lbs. weeks before.

i doubt he can duplicate his condintioning again.

besides, branch could have won the arnold as well.

Paco, if he makes it to the O he will be the most conditioned guy.
