Title: ECA - Is the aspirin necessary?

no - it makes no difference unless you are obese.

IIRC, the aspirin is their to combat the prostaglandins (sp?) which have been released to combat the effect of the caffeine....

This will need verification by getbig experts though.

I don't think it can hurt, isn't aspirin supposed to be good for you in low doses?

yes. thats why.

however, it blocks al prostaglandins. both good and bad. and certian prostaglandins are very beneficial.

it was put in to thin the blood allowing the 2 other to be more effective and quicker. Thats what I was told when they first came out
