I was hanging around the park this mourning, as the weather was fabulous. Along came this guy jogging with just a pair of shorts on. Light chest and ab hair, as well as hairy thighs. I said hi, and he stopped. We talked about his routine. "Very simple", he said "tuna, turkey,chicken, fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains. NO JUNK. Then I do a ton of cardio and crunches. In terms of weight lifting, I'm strictly benches and curls." Well, I must say he's doing something right. Skinny all over with popped out pecs and bis. I'm starting this routine immediately.

As Tim Fogarty stated- YES.
It's not so much that you just meet this guy. It's how you describe it all. Down to the minute detail. We do not need to read that he has "light chest and ab hair, as well as hairy thighs." Same goes for how you, again, describe to the T that he has "popped out pecs and bi's."
Last point, why do you feel the need to include that you "said hi, and he stopped"?
If you wanna suck a dick, that's all fine and dandy, Holmes. Just don't get your panties in a wad when you're called on it. Be a freak, gay or a closet case. Whatever you choose, just be proud in your choice.

This is a good question Milos...why DO you make so many enemies???.....you're a good-looking guy who has tons of bodybuilding knowledge and you make a good living plus you still have a pretty good physique....and your wife is HOT....why do so many people hate you then>>???

What I admired most about this guy was his body was skinny all over...nice thin legs, small hiney, etc with very well developed pecs and bis. Very inspirational.
