When an international source offers regular mail, priority air mail, and courrier, what does courrier mean?  I've never seen that before.

I believe that a courier would be like FedEx, UPS ect.

Maybe, but the time of delivery for the other two is 12-15 days vs. 3-5 via courrier.  That's pretty damn quick.

its a priority shipping that you have to sign for it comes in supper fast from over seas

dont know but it might be since it is quicker they might push it threw since you paid a shit load extra

i believe express mail has a much higher seizure rate than normal slow shipping
