Title: training while on roids' ?

Hi,

I just wanna know if there are a better way to train while on steroids or should I keep training like I did when I was off.

yeah sure. But should I take more rest between set can u tell me more about that and what about time in the gym I used to train 45-1h in the gym pretty intensiv is it ok ?

just be safe with the weight your muscles can handle more on juice but your tendons and ligament's are still normal and if you go heavy too fast you can tear strain or damage those tissues........ if you have seen what a biceps looks like when it snaps you will be cautious

dont worry about the amount of weight you lifting, jay. just worry about stimulating the target muscle to the fullest.
