-morning always have coffe make sure u have a great dump
-eat veggies in the morning for a possible 2nd dump
- one cup of skim milk in the morning
- if you want a quick workout in the morning have a beer to fill you up and motivate u for activity
- during the day eat spinach maybe have a beer if u need it for energy also 1-2 cups of skim milk for energy
- after work or late evening eat what u want if u crave it , eat it. most people tend to like about 5 foods that they could eat everyday of there lives , have a decent portion of each till SATISFIED, reccomend something from the chocolate family like chocolate fudge cake ect. maybe a cherry pie some icecream, always good to have some garlic bread with salsa
-take a swig of applecider vinegar
-have another beer to continue another "miniworkout"
- have more skim milk as needed for multi mini workouts in the evening workout at your leisure
-rotate between skim milk and beer to continue to boost your activity mentally and physically
-ALSO DRINK PLENTY OF WATER AIM FOR CLEAR URINE, your metabolism will be running super speed with the alcohol increasing HDL and dehydrating you fast, so in order to "keep pace" with the fluid fluctuations DRINK TONS OF WATER if u FORGET your energy will go sour

the key isnt really paying attention to calories, the key is keeping your activity level up= 4 muscle maintenance
they key also is in the foods that have been layed out for you

the problem with traditional diets is that they dont give you enough energy or variety in diet to actually want to train every day, thus when u take a day off u lose that stimlation of a 500 pound man on your 150 pound body.
when u take a day off your 150 pound body isnt stimulated with 500 pounds resistance
of course this isnt perfect science, point is if you are not happy about training everyday there is something wrong in your diet,

Soooo true. Have a coffee in morning and 30mins later i totally clean my colon out. Very underrated, nice big clean dump. Means i can make my way into town without fear of shitting myself on bus (fear of mine as i nearly shit myself in school)

- a stress day follows a diet day
- meaning u will live every first 1/2 day as a diet day in still with the 5 course favorite foods(stress day) and the rest of the day have an extra 5 favorite foods + more workouts + stay up later at night eating and working out
-you may wake up earlier the next day or automatically , never no for sure

Is there a straight reason you're posting semi-nudes of another dude all the time?
The diet didn't make a lot of sense. More or less looks like starvation/dehydration and skipping some vital stuff. Not that I know anything about nutrition. ::)

Replicating the Falcon, it is true that I indeed have begun to workout at home using creative gravitational stimulation via iron tablets inserted into metal rods.
