it wouldnt surprise me if Ted did that on purpose. Everybody knows he's the family clown and always playing around, and he grew up just like the rest of the kennedy's in an environment where sportsmanship was considered a vital part of manhood.

Everyone knows brain cancer makes it hard to pitch, give the guy a break
