gh15, You mentioned that GH should preferably be adminstered I.M. Just wondering, is a 12.7mm slin pin be deep enough for this? Also, which part is best for these injections, besides the abdominals?

What's your take on the toxic poison DNP? I've heard stories of people sweating yellow sweat ruining clothes, sheets. That stuff is horrible. Is this popular among pros? Does anyone still take it? I believe you mentioned that's how Dorian got ready for the Olympia.

at the doses you kids are playing with ,,2-6 units a day ,,there are no side effects,,even at our doses which are a lot higher the sides only start after prolong use of the product as in few conattant years or severe abuse not 4 units ,,

I think i'm gonna take a stab at this one, gh15 please correct me if i'm wrong. The reason you would want to inject the growth into the delts is because estrogen would slow the absortion rate of the growth, most people have more fat (which would have more estrogen) in there midsection area.

fat has more aromatase enzyme than muscle. not more estrogen than muscle. estrogen levels are the same throughout the whole body. and i dont see why estrogen would effect the absorption anyway, i dont think it plays any role whatsoever.
he is probably basing that purely off anecdotal evidence and what he see all of his pro buddies doing.

remember friends insulin is not a game i have known in my life time more than one athlete who died from it because they went to sleep and never woke up ,, they fucked up on mesurement and did nto know their body well,,you need to know your body well for the doses we ptofessionals take do not immitate unless know your body and have ENOUGH LEAN MUSCLE MASS and low body fat!

How come whenever i inject into the delts with aas (Test and Deca) with a 1 inch I always have sharp pains that last a couple days.. It affects my training and have no choice but to use glutes only..
too much ba in the undergroun dproduct you inject ,,but in general even human grade can make discomfort in the shoulder ,,it is smaller muscle ,,if you chose to inject in shoulder chose one producr and go with it ,,in general i remmend the glutes (and quads for smaller doses),, mever inject water and oil into same place ,,never inject wated products into quads! the quad should not have winstrol injected into it,,,many do but many also run to hospital once in a blue moon with infection,,

With DOMS and cramping being taken into consideration, it can be very difficult to reach the glutes at times. I'm just under 200lbs, 32" waist at most and I sometimes have trouble hitting glutes. I'm flexible but after training sometimes, it's just a chore. A couple of times I was pinning, needle came out a little and oil went between the muscle and the fat/flesh. HOLY FUCK IS THAT EVER PAINFUL!!! I was cramping badly that day. :(

Insulin??? I always pin in medial or posterior delts. Don't want to push it through sub-q and not know exactly when my humalog is going to peak or not.
I've used up to 10ius twice a day as an experiment. Now, because I'm not on sauce, I'm just using 5iu after morning cardio and after weight training in the morning. Got really acquainted with a BSL monitor. Slin can be serious shit if you're a moron, but if you're taking the proper precautions it's nothing at all. Takes less than a minute to wash hands, draw up some slin from the fridge and inject. On the other hand, it's just as easy to forget when you pinned, start getting hazy and run into some real bad hypoglycemia too.

thats why you have to know your body well to do it.
when you're training even before you start to go low you should already be having your sugar- but you have to know your body well enough to know before the signs manifest themselves. if you have gotten to the point that you are just starting to sweat and shake a bit, then you have let it go too long.
if you start to feel yourself go low when you're training, get your carbs in and sit down and wait for them to work their magic. after 2 minutes you should feeling yourself start to pull out a bit. you'll prolly feel almost completely back to 'normal' around 10 minutes.
just chill out for 15 minutes until you are completely out. training any time before that is a waste of time anyway as you'll still be weak, even though you feel better.

On days where I thought I'd weight myself at the gym and be 2lbs less from loss of glycogen and dehydration (such as eating a shitty meal and not having enough water the previous day), I was surprised to find myself at least a lb or two over my normal weight. Pretty amazing shit. No AAS in me for probably 6 months or more. I can't imagine what it'll be like to use this ON cycle. I'm heavier than I've been on any cycle and I'm clean as a whistle, blood work came back and everything is baseline.
Time to get back on the gravy train. 8)

i don't believe in supplements as a rule, but have recently been using the gaspari superpump 250/ size-on stack along side 10 units of humulin-r (i switched back to r from huma to keep it active longer) pre workout just for the hell of it as my friend now works at a supplement store and gets me this shit dirt cheap.
holy fuck the pumps are severe- i can't remember the last time i had pumps like this- i'm thinking it was off season 3-4 years ago and i was experimenting with sodium loading and using anadrol with my stack. pumps were sick....anyway...
for arms i superset bi's/ tri's. after my first warm up set i am already running a good pump. by the time i'm done my workout (4 drop sets only) it is difficult for me to bend my arm it is so tight.
my last back workout my ENTIRE back started to cramp top to bottom after my first warm up set. had nothing to do with my level of hydration either.
i dunno if its worth the $100 a month or so you'll pay for this stuff- we can get into the whole 'does a good pump = muscle growth debate'- but if you want crazy pumps try the gaspari stack with your humalog.

I've used just about EVERY supplement under the sun and wasted thousands of dollars. Remember, when you're 100lbs, rocking braces and can't eat shit and depressed as hell, you'll do anything to get big. Wish I knew about juice back then!!!
Conversely I've used a good amount of supps that ACTUALLY WORK. X-Factor works, even if you're on cycle you will lean out. Beta alanine works. Creatine works. There are some other good products that are very synergistic with ECA (it's prominent enough to detect, so it must be damn good). And there are lots of nootropics that give you more focus than cocaine or any other drug out there, with the exception of amphetatmines which I refuse to use, except if I can get modafonil.
Right now I'm taking Muscle Prime from ALLMAX. Great company. Has cGMP facilities, makes everything here in Canada and every product is actually good. Theres nootropics in there, beta alanine, a small amount of caffeine and some other products that contribute to a great pump. I get supplements are cost from the suppliers so I still use them for pre workout at least. This, marijuana, 5iu of slin and some carbs are what I take for pre workout. I'm not deadlifting, benching or squatting extremely heavy anymore because I'm not a power lifter, but I'm lifting like fucking crazy, little to no rest between sets and seeing tons of growth.
And while people BASH it, I take CELLTECH after workouts when I use slin too. I could take dextrose alone but this is flavored and has creatine. I also prefer Celltech in a tub rather than shoveling pounds of dextrose into bags at the grocery store. Just makes it easier. It's all measured out and good to go. Supplements will never replace drugs but I'd rather work out with a raging pump than if I can add something non steroidal to my stack too. If I didn't get free or super cheap supplements, I would save my money though.

Mhm. Glad you agree, my man. People look at supplements and scoff at them... fucking morons. They're no where NEAR the level of drugs, but it's also far from the "shit" people claim they are. They have their place. My ONLY concern is that if you want to get appreciable gains, you'll usually need much more than the recommended dose (unless it's a stim).
If my buddy didn't own a supp store, I would probably run nothing but a pre workout supplement. Caffeine and ephedrine trump everything, but you can add other supplements and nootropics that are safe, non steroidal and VERY synergistic. Also, a lot of them taste great now too! I don't drink juice or soft drinks, but some of these pre workout supplements can be a real treat. Pills are easy to take but I don't want to shit out a pound of gelatin at the end of the day!! ;D
