you are stupid once more, nearly all cooked foods are acidic to a degree and must be balanced with "LIVE" alkaline foods you fucking queer. an all acid or all alkaline diet/food choices wouldnt even taste right

for exapmple garlic bread and cheese would taste decent on its own but just not right, thus it would need the alkaline tomoato sauce/salsa to 'cut' the acid to make it taste better and more perfect, this is another reason why they sell alot of pizzas first and foremost compared to bread sticks dumbass. u see how acid and alkaline go together?

meat from fish or other sources are far more acidic and dangerous to health then the most acidic cakes, breads or beers! alcohol is simply "cultured" food like cultured milk=yogurt=good for you

isnt it pathetic how common thought has fully saturated the minds of getbiggers caging them back a good 5 years in technological health sciences

this is why get big is mainly a place to take a shit in and be greatful of the rotten aroma that i have left among the foul smelling caged rats of this forum

whey protein also enhances the immune system very well. much more so than most every other food.

people over emphasize the protien

there isnt a million types of foods on this earth that are all bad for you and only one good for you (whey protien)  ::) ::) ::) ::) ::)

its all about balance and using what u eat. whey protien or any protien is not magic nor a tasteful practical garantee

for example = beer isnt healthy.

you dont balance unhealthy foods with healthy foods. you balance a spectrum of healthy foods.

and why not emphasize protein/meat there only only two types of essential nutrients... essential amino acids and essential fatty acids... whats one type of food where you can get both all your essential aminos and all your essential fats?  meat can do that....
