I am trying not to duplicate that which has already been asked. I have read and reread all the posts regarding the Clen and T3 from various research companies. However a lot of the reviews of the companies are a year old more more. I know asking for sources is prohibited but I just want a current review of the companies so Im not throwing my money away.
Also By taking the Taurine and the Potassium will that reduce or eliminate the cramps from these chemicals and protect the heart?
What is an appropriate amount to stop this? Should the dosage be split up over the course of the day?
Some of these threads have stated the liquid forms are underdosed or overdosed and potentially not stable in a liquid form. Is this true for all of them or certain companies.
I plan on ramping up from 20 not to exceed 120 for a period of three weeks for each one. Since this is a liquid should I further divide the dose over the day or one dose right in the morning.
I appreciate your patience and your responses. A lot of you have provided me with a lot of help navigating through all of this without flaming me. I really appreciate it and I look forward to the replies.

i dont understand why people mess themselves up with this stacks that doesnt even work very well.
plain old caffeine, ephedrine and aspirin is the way to go - and you wont mess up your thyroid
also, although i dont recommend it, NOTHING beats adderall for weight loss and apetite control

well one thing is that there is plenty of studies showng that T3 use for a long period of time and quiting your natural t3 will come back and for adderall that will cause catabolic effect clen actualy has an anabolic effect as does T3 ive read your esent posts and you are wrong with 90% of them
-
listen, t3, clen are very safe if used correctly, the whole issue of shutting down your thyroid will most likely not happen on a reasonable dose t3 cycle, im currently sing a low dose (not going over 50mcg) of t3 with my gh and gear/slin and i have used t3 numerous times and nothing bad has happened, my thyroid still works fine lol
-
If you guys knew how much T3 the Pros use you would not be worried about your 50 or 100mcg dose. Hell, therapeutic doses are often 100 - 150 mcg. Take a look at this....

Taurine and potassium are to prevent muscle cramps. Clen depletes taurine
levels in the liver which stops the conversion of T4 to T3 in the liver. In the kind of heat you're in, A LOT of water (1-1/2~2 gals) will also be necessary in avoiding cramps. Clen's half life is about 35 hours, so splitting up the dose isn't necessary, but if you do, avoid taking it within ~6~ hours of bedtime or you'll be tossing and turning (unless of course you're one of those who can sleep on stims).

clen is not a stimulant though, technically there is no reason why any amount of clen would stop one from falling asleep.

"Technically" yes, but it has that effect on most people regardless.
-
i cant sleep if i have taken clen around bedtime, so i think the theory of it "not" being a stimulate is wrong

its not a theory thats its not a stimulant - its not a stimulant. however alot of people do get "stimulant-like" effects - shakiness, restlessness, etc.

pills. tried the liquid stuff once but it was garbage. stimulants dont effect me at all..nothing gets me shaky or wired.. i could take all the clen in the world and wouldnt have a problem. i only used that much at once because i knew i would only be dieting for one week so i wanted to strip off as much fat as possible in that amount of time. i used high dose t3 along with it to make sure all the releases fatty acids were burned off.

what's wrong with speed in responsible doses? It's fine. I think it shouldn't be taken every day as well.
