here is a great hamstring movement you can do for explosive mass while sitting down at your computer.
Place your feet on the ground, flat, with heel firmly planted to carpet.
Grip the floor with your toes..... Keeping your heel on the ground.
You feel it in your hams?
200 reps, hold for 3 seconds.
