I invented a new training technique today called awesomata. It consists of the following:
Take an exercise and perform as many reps as you can for 20 seconds (in my case i like sprinting)
Then rest for 10 seconds
repeat 10 times
Ok perhaps it isn't entirely original, but that never stopped palumbo and his diet ;)

But seriously though, this brings me to my question on whether anyone ever does more than 8 rounds of tabata. Right now no way in hell i could handle it. But perhaps i'll improve in the future and maybe it isn't a bad idea o try it.
