I have just stopped dieting and start eating whatever I want (damn I missed the Pizza & Ice-cream very much ;D).
I am gonna bulk up until April 2010, and my goal has set to be (gaining 10 Ibs of Pure muscles) :)
I weighed 160Ibs on those Pictures 8)

gaining 10lbs of muscle by 2010 is well within your reach.
The bottom line is you look ok mate,your structure is not too bad and your bodyfat levels are fairly low, but as you realise yourself you just need more size.

yeah, you're lean and look decent, but instead of wasting time worrying about five pound of body fat, spend a while just getting bigger and stronger. you can always diet down later. it takes two months to drop 25 pounds of fat and water, two years to put it on in muscle. think about it.

It is actually my ultimate goal in bodybuilding to bring my weight to 175Ibs with 4-6 %Body fat and I have been working out for it from Feb. 2005 up to now. I am 23 years old now and I hope to reach that when I reach 25 years old. Otherwise I might juice to it ;D (just kidding)
By the way, I really don’t care for any negativity I hear on this board since most of them are about religion insults and coming from people that really I don’t care for. ;)

My goal for this year is to bulk until April 2010. So hopefully there will be some changes next year. ;)
