You have remember he is still under 30 years old.
He needs more back width and thickness, chest (which I doubt will change much)

Ruhls arms look small on his build. Evan looks more complete albeit a lot smaller next to Ruhl.

the only thing that looks smaller on evan is delts and thats due in part to the fact that ruhl hits his most muscular popping his delts outwards so they appear larger....they are very close in size

and Evan looks a million times better. Shape and structure mean something in bodybuilding. Ruhl is a huge blob of muscle and he has horrible lines. He's huge, but thats about it.

its about how much you look like you weigh, not how much you actually weigh. evan and ruhl look similar weights. dexter jackson is a great example of a guy who looks bigger than guys who are up to 75lbs heavier than him

Look at the pics from this past years olympia, everyone looked bigger than dexter, dexter just looked better.
Like when Jay stands next to dexter there is a huge size difference, dexter just makes up for it with balance, proportions, and unbelievable conditioning.

Evan looks far better.......fuller arms,great delts without the added synthol,better chest striations and he brought up his legs!!
The only thing Ruhl has on him is oily enhanced beach ball looking delts and bodyweight,but it`s not quality bodyweight.

not really, markus is wider for sure but Evan is just as thick if not more so.

Would've been nice to give it to Ruhl and it looks close but the trend now is clearly in favor of those with aesthetics. Evan doesn't have to be the same size to look good, obviously, and has better balance amongst other things.
